Jackie Gorton is a licensed nurse and a licensed attorney specializing in egg donation and surrogate parenting services. Since 1996, she has worked with Egg Donors, Surrogate Mothers, and Intended Parents on a highly individualized basis. She educates, counsels and supports all parties throughout the reproductive cycle and makes every effort to ensure that each donor and surrogate is well-informed and committed to creating a pregnancy.
Likewise Jackie meets with Intended Parents to explain the financial, contract, psychological, communication and parental issues involved in egg donation and/or surrogacy. She drafts legally updated contracts for the parties’ use that describe the immediate process and future relationships between donors and/or surrogates, the IVF clinic and her agency. Additionally, she maintains frequent contact with all parties, and manages the accounting and distribution of funds.

Jackie received her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law and is licensed by the California State Bar. She acquired her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco where she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Nursing Honor Society. Jackie has also completed the additional training and clinical practice necessary to be certified by the American Nurses Association as a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist.
